How to enter the Bazaar

Before you enter the Bazaar make sure you have:

  • Metamask wallet installed in your browser or mobile phone (in order to connect to the dApp)
  • Metamask wallet connected to one of the compatible networks (Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche or Fantom)
  • Wallet funded with that network native currency (in order to pay for the transaction fees)
  • trade terms and counter-party defined (in an external channel like Discord)

Metamask Setup

MetaMask is a software cryptocurrency wallet used to interact with the blockchain. It allows users to access their Ethereum wallet through a browser extension or mobile app, which can then be used to interact with decentralized applications
You will need to download Metamask and install it on your preferred browser. Then you'll need to create a MetaMask account.
Remember to keep you password and Secret Backup Phrase safe.

Polygon Setup

Polygon is an Ethereum layer-2 protocol and framework for building interconnected blockchain ecosystems, launched in 2017. Polygon maintains the $MATIC ticker for its native utility token.
You'll need to connect your MetaMask account to the Polygon blockchain.
To connect to the Polygon network you can follow the following article: https://medium.com/stakingbits/setting-up-metamask-for-polygon-matic-network-838058f6d844 Your Network configuration should look similar to the following:

$MATIC

Before creating or executing a trade, you will also need to ensure that you have some $MATIC to fund your transactions.
You can buy MATIC tokens on a range of open exchanges. To use on the Polygon network, you will first need to transfer these tokens from the exchange (eg. Binance) onto the Polygon network. The easiest way to achieve this is through Binance's recent Polygon Wallet Integration. Now you can directly withdraw to your Polygon address that was created above during MetaMask/Polygon setup. You can find this by going into the Withdraw section of Binance. Input your Address, select the network (MATIC) and the desired amount. Within a couple of minutes you'll be able to see the amount sent on your MetaMask account.

Binance chain Setup

Binance Smart Chain is a layer-1 protocol and framework for building interconnected blockchain ecosystems, launched in 2020. Binance maintains the $BNB ticker for its native utility token.
You'll need to connect your MetaMask account to the Binance Smart Chain blockchain.
To connect to the BSC network you can follow the following article: https://medium.com/stakingbits/setting-up-metamask-for-binance-smart-chain-bsc-921d9a2625fd
Your Network configuration should look similar to the following:

$BNB

Before creating or executing a trade, you will also need to ensure that you have some $BNB to fund your transactions
You can buy BNB tokens on a range of open exchanges. To use on the BSC network, you will first need to transfer these tokens from the exchange onto the Binance chain. The easiest way to achieve this is through Binance exchange itself. You can directly withdraw to your Metamask and send them through the Binance smart chain network. You can find this by going into the Withdraw section of Binance. Input your Address, select the network (BSC) and the desired amount. Within a couple of minutes you'll be able to see the amount sent on your MetaMask account.

Avalanche Setup

Avalanche is a smart contract programming platform compatible with the Ethereum virtual machine protocol and framework for building interconnected blockchain ecosystems, launched in 2019. Avalanche maintains the $AVAX ticker for its native utility token.
You'll need to connect your MetaMask account to the Avalanche network.
To connect to Avalanche you can follow the following article: https://medium.com/stakingbits/setting-up-metamask-for-avalanche-fec7cd898040 Your Network configuration should look similar to the following:

$AVAX

Before creating or executing a trade, you will also need to ensure that you have some $AVAX to fund your transactions
You can buy AVAX tokens on a range of open exchanges. To use on the Avalanche network, you will first need to transfer these tokens from an exchange onto the the network. The easiest way to achieve this is through Binance exchange. You can directly withdraw to your Metamask and send them through the Avalanche network. You can find this by going into the Withdraw section of Binance. Input your Address, select the network (AVAX) and the desired amount. Within a couple of minutes you'll be able to see the amount sent on your MetaMask account.

Fantom Setup

Fantom is a smart contract programming platform compatible with the Ethereum virtual machine protocol and framework for building interconnected blockchain ecosystems, launched in 2019. Avalanche maintains the $FTM ticker for its native utility token.
You'll need to connect your MetaMask account to the Fantom network.
To connect to the Fantom network you can follow the following article: https://medium.com/stakingbits/setting-up-metamask-for-fantom-network-32cde917e3bf Your Network configuration should look similar to the following:

$FTM

Before creating or executing a trade, you will also need to ensure that you have some $FTM to fund your transactions
You can buy FTM tokens on a range of open exchanges. To use on the Fantom network, you will first need to transfer these tokens from an exchange onto the Fantom network. The easiest way to achieve this is through Binance exchange. You can directly withdraw to your Metamask and send them through the Fantom network. You can find this by going into the Withdraw section of Binance. Input your Address, select the network (FTM) and the desired amount. Within a couple of minutes you'll be able to see the amount sent on your MetaMask account.
